fee from the venue if held at a hotel or resort, providing a no-cost benefit to your
organization:
Pre-Planning board meeting Exceptional Hospitality Solutions will call in to your pre-planning board meeting to discuss the annual conference. We will offer recommendations and ideas for a successful conference.
Site selection of venues Exceptional Hospitality Solutions will assist you in conducting a confidential venue search for your organization's events throughout the year (annual meetings, board meetings, training meetings, etc.). We will provide you with rates, catering menus, and other pertinent information relating to your event(s).
site inspections Exceptional Hospitality Solutions will coordinate the inspections with the venues you are considering for your events, which includes contacting the venues directly to plan the itinerary for these site inspections.
contract negotiations Exceptional Hospitality Solutions will negotiate the room rates, other pricing, and concessions (i.e. complimentary rooms, upgrades, etc.) with the venue on your behalf
room block management Exceptional Hospitality Solutions will provide you with current pickup of guest rooms throughout the planning process.
group resume and banquet event orders Exceptional Hospitality Solutions will assist in the completion and review of the Group Resume and Banquet Event Orders on your behalf to assure the services requested are being provided by the venue as contracted.
billing review Exceptional Hospitality Solutions will review the final bill from the venue to be sure of accuracy, allowing you to have any necessary corrections made.
